What Brides Have to say
We typically recommend that consultations be booked as far in advance as possible. This gives us the best opportunity to circumvent sourcing issues that might be related to seasonal availability or even global issues. It also helps ensure that we can lock in your date for service.
During your consultation, we’ll typically be able to let you know if we’re still available for your specific event date. We’ll also be able to give a rough idea as to how well your budget and your wish-list marry up. Once we have your general approval, we’ll get to work on our end double checking floral availability and such and then have a proposal to you within 1 to 2 weeks of our consultation. While we work on your proposal, your date is temporarily frozen. You have 2 weeks from receiving the proposal to make your decision before it expires and your date is released.
Yes! We’re happy to offer a-la-carte bouquets. We can customize mini-packages for you to simply provide flowers for the wedding party, no matter how large or small.
We’re willing to travel anywhere inside of CT and may even cross over short distances into MA or NY depending on the situation. We can also make arrangements to drop off the wedding party flowers locally to you so you can bring them to the event yourself (this may not be the best option for bigger arrangements but we can talk!!)
We always deliver our flowers in vases of water to ensure freshness! Although we don’t preserve flowers, we can recommend some great services in CT that can help you with that.
Yes, I will deliver and set-up the ordered floral arrangements. Any other additional decor set-up, arrangements or changes should be handled by your event planner or venue (ie: setting up memory table, table numbers or favors out).
Yes, I will come back to retrieve any and all rented installations structures or accessories (ie: arches and drapery).
No, unless you require us to stay for a Ceremony to Reception flip, we will leave before the ceremony begins. Having us stay for any flips or moving of florals will require a small fee, which will be included in the delivery and set up costs.
Any ideas and inspiration! Vases or materials that you need incorporated. The more we know about your needs as clients and the vision you have for your wedding day, the more we can offer ideas and get you the most accurate proposal.
Yes. We rent several different types of arches, vases, candles, etc.
Yes. We offer elopement packages. Outside of that every wedding is custom built to suit the needs and vision of our couples.
No, however I often recomend the Petal Preservation Co. in Norwalk CT to my local brides.
You have the option to purchase the flowers and provide your own vessel, purchase ours, or rent from our selection. If providing your own vessel, those must be provided in advance at our final pre-event meeting.
